Petit’s Auto & Performance, LLC., is a family owned Aftermarket and Performance Specialty Shop located in Minong, Wisconsin. Located in the same facility and also in Hayward, WI is our Outdoor Rental business. Where we provide UTV (sideXside) and snowmobile rentals. Our business was created as a result of our family’s passion for performance vehicles and the outdoors. Our mission at Petit’s Auto & Performance is to provide a quality service to you that meets your needs with great satisfaction so that you will share with others that you were treated fairly and received great service.

Our shop foreman is Dawson Petit. Dawson is a graduate of the UTI Technical Institute out of Phoenix, Arizona. While at the UTI Institute, Dawson specialized in diesel mechanics and foreign automobiles. Dawson has a passion for peak performance. We will continue to update the Performance Gallery section of the website so you can see what he is working on if you share the same passion.

Here is one you don't see everyday... We had an 04 Chevy SSR in that was wrapped up a few weeks ago, and wow did it go through a transformation! This came to us after sitting for quite some time, so many of the fluid seals on the powertrain had leaks. Out came the whole heart and we completed a full reseal. While it was out, it was a fantastic time for some upgrades as the factory power plant leaves a lot to be desired. To make a long story short, some of the key components used to get this project complete were but not limited to-
-Whipple Supercharger
-Full BTR valvetrain upgrade
-ARP fasteners
-Full accessory drive makeover
-Full fuel system makeover
-Full engine and trans cooling system makeover
-Intake and exhaust
-Integrated gauge/monitoring setup

Many other items and pieces went into making this SSR roll out with double the horsepower, and all of the fun noises! The body and hood both required modifications to clear the supercharger, which turned out fantastic. This is a great cruiser setup and is very maintenance free for a simple turn key and run it experience!
